1. Overview

At babeery, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our shopping experience and the quality of our organic children’s clothing. If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from our online store, you may request a refund or exchange in accordance with the following terms. This policy applies to all orders placed and paid for on www.babeery.ma within the Kingdom of Morocco.

  1. Refund and Return Window
    • Timeframe: You have thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange.
    • Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, free from stains or odors, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  1. How to Submit a Return Request
    1. Log in to your babeery account.
    2. Go to the “My Orders” page and select the order containing the item you wish to return.
    3. Click “Request Return,” select the item(s), quantity, and choose a reason from the provided list.
    4. Wait for a confirmation email from our Customer Support team with instructions for shipping your return.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Infant undergarments and onesies for hygiene and safety reasons.
    • Custom-made or personalized items bearing names or special designs.
    • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
    • Any product that has been altered or damaged due to use or improper care.
  1. Shipping Fees and Return Costs
    • babeery covers return shipping fees if the reason for return is our error (defective item, wrong item shipped, etc.).
    • For non-defective returns, the Customer is responsible for all shipping and return costs.
    • Any prepaid shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount if the return is not due to babeery’s fault.
  1. Refund Processing
    1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of approval or rejection.
    2. If approved, refunds are processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days.
    3. Refunds are credited automatically to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing time may vary according to your bank or card issuer.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds
    • If you haven’t received your refund after the above timeframe, first check your bank account.
    • Then contact your card issuer or bank, as it may require additional processing time.
    • If you still have not received your refund, please contact Customer Support at info@babeery.com, providing your order number and contact details.
  1. Exchanges
    • babeery offers exchanges for the same model and size or an alternative model if the original item is defective or not as described.
    • To request an exchange, use the “Request Exchange” option on your order page or contact Customer Support to arrange return shipping and delivery of the replacement item.
  1. Gifts and Returns
    • If the item was shipped directly as a gift to the recipient and they return it, they will receive store credit equal to the refunded amount in the form of a gift voucher.
    • If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, and the purchaser will be notified by email.
  1. Quality Assurance

babeery guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If you discover a quality issue within fourteen (14) days of delivery, please submit a warranty claim via email with illustrative photos of the defect.
