1. Introduction

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between babeery (“Store”) and the individual or legal entity (“Member”) upon registering for the membership program on babeery’s website, www.babeery.ma. This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the benefits of membership.

  1. Eligibility and Registration
    1. The Member must have no legal impediments and must be engaging in lawful activities.
    2. The Member must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if underage.
    3. The Member must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information (name, email, phone number, and address).
    4. The Member agrees to update their information promptly if any changes occur and is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
  1. Membership Benefits
    1. Exclusive Discounts: Members receive special offers and discounts on selected products.
    2. Free Shipping: Members enjoy free shipping on all orders within Morocco.
    3. Early Access to Promotions: Members are notified of new promotional campaigns before non-members.
    4. Reward Points: Points are automatically added to the Member’s account with each purchase, redeemable for future discounts.
  1. Member Obligations
    1. Use the membership benefits personally and not transfer the membership card or its benefits to any third party.
    2. Comply with the terms of promotional offers and not exploit any loopholes to gain undeserved benefits.
    3. Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and change the password regularly.
    4. Notify the Store immediately in case of any unauthorized use or suspected account breach.
  1. Membership Termination and Cancellation
    1. The Member may cancel their membership at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting Customer Support.
    2. The Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s account in cases of serious violations or intentional misuse of benefits, with at least seven (7) days’ prior notice.
    3. Upon termination, all membership data and accrued reward points will be permanently deleted.
  1. Data Protection and Privacy
    1. The Store commits to processing the Member’s data in accordance with the Store’s Privacy Policy, using it to enhance service quality.
    2. Data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except with the Member’s explicit consent or as required by law.
  1. Amendments and Notices
    1. The Store reserves the right to modify this Agreement or membership benefits at any time, provided that Members are notified at least fourteen (14) days before changes take effect.
    2. Notices will be sent via email and posted on the membership page to ensure all Members are informed prior to implementation.
  1. Liability and Indemnification
    1. The Store’s liability for direct damages resulting from the use of membership benefits is limited to the value of unused reward points.
    2. The Store is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruption or delay made in good faith.
  1. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures to perform any obligation under this Agreement due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, or emergency government measures.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts in Fes. Completion of the electronic registration process and acceptance of these terms constitutes the Member’s explicit acknowledgment of having read, understood, and agreed to all provisions.
