1. Coverage

Our delivery network covers all cities and destinations within the Kingdom of Morocco. We strive to fulfill your orders promptly and reliably, using trusted logistics partners. If you reside outside Morocco or in a remote area, please contact our Customer Support in advance to confirm availability and shipping fees.

  1. Order Processing Time
    • Online Orders: Once payment is confirmed and your order is acknowledged, our team will prepare your items for dispatch within 24–48 business hours.
    • Official Holidays & Weekends: These days do not count toward processing time.
    • Modifications & Cancellations: To modify or cancel an order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it to prevent the packing process from beginning.
  1. Estimated Delivery Windows
    • Major Cities (Rabat, Casablanca, Fes, Marrakech, etc.): Delivery within 2–4 business days.
    • Other Cities & Provinces: Delivery within 3–6 business days.
    • Tracking: You can monitor your shipment in real time via the tracking link sent to your email or phone.
  1. Shipping Fees
    • Free Shipping: For orders over 800 MAD.
    • Orders Under 800 MAD: A flat rate of 50 MAD applies.
    • Promotional Offers: Occasionally, we provide free or discounted shipping during special promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter and follow our social channels for updates.
  1. Receiving Your Shipment
    • Please inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt.
    • If you observe any visible damage or tampering, refuse the delivery and immediately report the issue—with photos—to Customer Support. We will resend or replace the item at no extra charge.
  1. Delays & Exceptional Circumstances
    • While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen delays may occur due to severe weather, sudden public holidays, or logistical constraints.
    • In the event of a delay, we will notify you by SMS or email and propose an alternative delivery date.
  1. Buyer Responsibilities
    • Provide an accurate, complete delivery address (street number, neighborhood, city, and postal code if available).
    • Keep your phone available during the estimated delivery window so our courier can reach you.
    • Accept delivery in person or designate an authorized recipient whose name matches the one on the order.
  1. Return Shipments
    • Return requests are subject to our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.
    • To return an item, please use a trackable, insured shipping service and send your package to:
